Why can’t a log into my account? My password doesn’t work anymore.
When we moved we migrated your account from our old system to the new one. Since passwords are encrypted we couldn’t move them. To access your account, use the forgot password function to create a new password. If you still have access to the email address that you signed up with you should be able reset your password with any issues. Once your password is reset you should be able to access your order history.
Why can’t I access the free pattern I ordered from your old site in my order history?
Our new system does NOT require you to create and account and go through the checkout process to get a free pattern. Go to our free patterns section and download any pattern you want without having to sign in.
Why can’t I access the paid pattern I ordered from your old site in my order history?
For patterns there was change in the site security that broke the old links. Send us an email from our contact form and we can grant you access to the pattern that you ordered.
