New Hooks for Threadies

We realized, that for a company specializing in crochet thread, we did not have the right size hooks to match our threads. To begin to correct this, we have received an initial shipment of Tulip Hooks in the most common sizes used for crochet threads.

We now have 1.00mm, 1.25mm, 1.50mm, 1.75mm and 3.5mm Tulip Hooks.

So if you need a new hook to go with your thread or yarn orders check out accessory section.

We are also looking for some good double ended hooks in thread sizes. We have found some that look promising and will let you know what we decide as far as stocking the goes.

Do you like double sided hooks? Would you like to see us carrying them? Let us know what you think in the comments section for this post.

More Flax Linen Thread coming in soon.

Our flax linen thread is proving to be very popular. We are planning to order additional colors later this month. Do you have color in mind for your next project, if so, let us know in the comment section.

More free patterns

We have added more downloadable patterns to our site. These patterns provided are made available to vendors by our distributors to help us sell more products. We are able to offer them to you unaltered and free of charge.

More patterns are being added all of the time so check back often to see what is new.

New Full Time Job

One of the questions we get pretty often is, “how come we don’t see any new patterns from Lyn”?

The answer is, she has a new, full time job. She now works a typical 8 to 5, 40 hour per week hours, so she does not have much time to create new patterns. Couple her new job, with the demands of teenage kids, and hopefully you understand why you have not seen much in the way of Lyn’s patterns lately.

Don’t worry, we are still working on expanding Lyn’s Crafts, but with kids college looming in the next few years, we decided full time works was our best option.

Pinterest Pins

Hubby added a section to Lyn’s Crafts website that previews our latest pins from Pinterest. Scroll down to the bottom of the site to see the most recent pins from our “Free Crochet Pattern” or “Crochet Tutorial” Boards.

We hope that you will visit our Pinterest boards as we now have thousands of free patterns and tutorials for you view.

That’s it for now.

Thanks for taking the time to read our news letter. We hope it gives you some insight was to what is going on at Lyn’s Crafts.
